About Me
I am an Auckland-based counsellor and sex therapist with a special interest in men’s sexual confidence, intimacy, and relationships.
I work with individuals and couples navigating challenges relating to connection, communication, desire, performance anxiety, and sexual wellbeing. I have a particular interest in supporting young men experiencing the pressures and expectations that can emerge around sex, relationships, and performance.
Alongside private practice, I am currently completing master’s research exploring sexual performance anxiety in young men in Aotearoa New Zealand. My approach combines evidence-informed practice with warmth, honesty, and genuine human connection.
I aim to create a compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients feel comfortable speaking openly, strengthening relationships, and developing more fulfilling intimate lives.
